My Story
If you feel like you should be able to keep up with your home but just can’t seem to stay on top of it you’re not alone.
For a long time, I thought organizing was about doing things “the right way.”
Having the right systems, the right routines, and enough motivation to follow through.
But no matter how much I knew… it didn’t always stick in real life.
In 2025, I started to really look at why.
I realized I wasn’t struggling because I didn’t know what to do,
I was struggling because I was trying to do everything perfectly.
I was stuck in a cycle of overthinking, over-planning, and constantly trying to keep up.
It was exhausting.
So I started doing things differently.
I worked through my own productivity habits, let go of all-or-nothing thinking, and began focusing on what actually works in real life, not what looks good on paper or in inspo pictures from other homes.
That became my focus:
Progress over perfection.
Simple systems that work in real life.
And learning to work with your natural tendencies not against them.
What I Do Now
I help overwhelmed moms who can’t keep up with their homes create simple, realistic systems that actually work in real life without the need for perfection or rigid routines.
This isn’t about having a perfect home.
It’s about having a home that supports your life even in busy, chaotic seasons.
Why This Matters to Me
I’m a mom of two, living on a farm with my husband (a 5th generation farmer), our dog, and our cats.
Life here is full, busy, and unpredictable which is exactly why I believe systems need to be flexible and realistic.
Over the years, I’ve also fostered dogs through Prairie Pooches Rescue and volunteer with Canine Action Project when I can.
Life doesn’t slow down and your home systems shouldn’t require it to.
